The Button Trim is the piece that supports the buttons and reinforces the boots. This piece if of infinite design. I have many for you to choose from, or you can draw your own. Button trims are described in the caption of each picture.
Buttons are as varied as, well, substance that is solid enough to create a button out of! I have many to choose from, or you can provide your own.
The Edge Finishing is purely asthetic, and has nothing to do with the wear of the boots.
Natural Edge - a 'raw' or 'unfinished' edge at the top of the boot.
Top Welt - A layer of deerskin sewn onto the top edge of the moccasin. Looks like a roll of deerskin. Can be applied to all boots from a High One Button on up to a knee high. Doesn't work on a regular one button.
Full Welt - A layer of deerskin sewn onto the moccasin, starting below the bottom button, going up the side, and curving around the top of the boot.
Top Flap - A hanging piece of either deerskin or full grain leather, sewn onto the top edge of the moccasins. It can be natural or cut, hangy or not. Could have appliques sewn on.
